The Health operation manages the diocese's network of hospitals, health centres, and dispensaries across North Western Tanzania. ELCT NWD is one of the largest faith-based health service providers in the Kagera and Geita regions.
Facilities include Ndolage Hospital, Izimbya DDH, multiple health centres, and eleven dispensaries providing essential medical care to rural and underserved communities.
