RC Mwasa has appreciated the service provided by ELCT/NWD

The Regional Commissioner of Kagera, Hon. Hajjat Fatma Abubakari Mwassa has emphasized that the government will continue cooperating with the Evangalical Lutheran Church of Tanzania, North Western Diocese (ELCT/NWD) in assessment of development and welfare of tge society is stabilized especially on health sector, education sector and other services to special groups. 
The Regional Commissioner has spoken this while giving her speech to members of the ELCT/NWD Synod, Southern A church district, at Muleba, Kagera Region, has given government greetings to the Church, recognising her huge contribution in strengthening the development of the society socially and spiritually. 
Furthermore, the RC has emphasized the importance of government leaders in cooperating in Church for prayer, joy, and annointment, saying that their work is hard and have alot of challenges and therefore their presence in churches bring new joy. 
Also, she has congratulated Bishop Dr. Abednego Keshomshahara, in his emphasis on assessment on Development in the Diocese, in saying that she said that the current church has to be led with a modern vision and technilogy so as to match with the challenges faced currently. 
She emphasized that the resolutions agreed upon after the Synod have to be implemented, and the members should also work hard  upon them  with the heart of worship and responsibility to the country at large. 
In the health sector, she has congratulated the Diocese for the effort in investing in hospitals and medical equipment, saying that good health services have helped in social welfare on a large scale. 
Furthermore, the government has assured cooperation with the diocese in all development sectors. 
Also, she has congratulated the Diocese for the good service to people and special groups together with good education provided in church schools.
