The Muleba Lutheran Vocational Training Centre is one institutions in the NWD which provides vocational training focused to Computer application and science to young people in the Kagera region. 
The initiative to establish that institution initially came out of the outstanding demand of computer use in daily endeavour. There was a joint venture between BBT organization, the Kusini B deanery and North Western Diocese. The centre has produced many young people skilled in computer use for our community. 

Rebekka Van Lent from Germany has finished her one year to volunteer at MLVTC. She has done a wonderful job to help the Principal and teach extra curicular activities especially sports. 

The chair person of the governing board Mr Heinno Grotte from Germany arrived on 11th and joined the MLVTC staff and Board members to discuss various issues regarding the sustainable development of the MLVTC
