From 19th to 21st the ELCT organized a very important workshop at Midland Hotel in Dodoma. It was focused to build the capacity in leadership and management of dioceses for optimized services of the church. 

The workshop was attended by general secretaries from all 28 dioceses of the ELCT, including Rev Dr Elmereck Kigembe from the NWD. 
The opening note was made by bishop Ndosa who is pasturing the Dodoma diocese. He urged the general secretaries to be firm in managing church resources for the optimization of church services. 
The ELCT General Secretary Mr Lewis Mollel expressed a vote of thanks to Bishop Ndosa for hosting the workshop. He also thanked the general secretaries for attending such an important workshop and for the solidarity which exists between the head office and diocesan offices.
