The Muleba Lutheran Vocational Training Centre is one institutions in the NWD which provides vocational training focused to Computer application and science to young people in the Kagera region. 
Since the 1st of August, 2025 MLVTC got a new principal Mr Jaspa Elias who took over after the previous Principal Mr Benetson Kamugisha who finished his term.

Mr Jaspar was promoted from a normal teacher at Iluhya Sec School to the position of a Principal of MLVTC.

The hand over was done under the supervision of the NWD General Secretary Rev Dr Elmereck Kigembe in collaboration with Rev Frederick Muganyizi, the District Pastor of Kusini B. 
Jaspa has started his responsibility and wish him God’s blessings in his new job.
